Media Operandi provides consulting services in digital marketing and corporate communication, including content strategy, SEO optimization, and paid campaign management. Services are rendered according to the specifications agreed upon in the contract signed by both parties.
The client undertakes to provide accurate and complete information necessary for project execution, to respect payment deadlines, and not to use the delivered materials outside the agreed purpose. Any changes to the initial requirements must be communicated in writing at least 5 business days before the deadline.
We commit to delivering services according to professional industry standards, maintaining the confidentiality of client data, and notifying of any major delay or impediment within 48 hours. We do not guarantee specific results such as exact search engine positions or minimum revenue.
Our total liability for any direct damages resulting from the use of services is limited to the total amount paid by the client in the last 6 months. We are not liable for indirect losses, business interruptions, or damages caused by third parties (advertising platforms, hosting providers, etc.).
Either party may terminate the contract with a 30-day written notice. In case of gross non-fulfillment of obligations, the contract may be terminated immediately. Changes to the terms will be communicated 15 days before they take effect; continued use of services after this period constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
